A young man after severe nasal trauma who had reconstruction of a saddle nose and an over rotated nasal tip

She had nasal trauma resulting in a deviated, drooping nasal tip. She had difficulty breathing through her nose, and desired nasal tip refinement, correction of her deviated, drooping nasal tip and alleviation of her nasal obstruction. There is still residual swelling which will continue to improve over the next 9 months or so.

 

Revision Rhinoplasty

Case 1:

This is a middle-aged woman who presents for revision rhinoplasty after having a silicone implant placed that became malpositioned and began extruding. The implant was removed, and her nose was reconstructed with rib cartilage. We achieved improved contouring of the nasal bridge and improved tip definition and refinement.

Case 2:

With a silicone implant that was extruding through the skin of the nasal bridge. The implant was removed and her nose was reconstructed with cartilage from her nasal septum and overlying skin was closed. The after photos are one year post operative.


 

Blepharoplasty "Eyelid Lift"

This women underwent endoscopic browlift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty

This is an older woman who had loss of vision in her lateral visual fields because of access hooding of upper eyelid skin. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasties.

Face Lift

This is a woman who desired facial rejuvenation: she underwent a facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and chin implant.

This is a 72 year old woman desiring a natural appearing facial rejuvenation. She underwent a facelift, chin implant, temporal brow lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasties.

Neck Lift

This is a gentleman with excessive laxity of his neck who underwent a direct necklift at the same time as another operation in his neck to remove lymph nodes.
