We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our insurance and payment policies including out of network benefits if applicable. Cancellations: We strive to provide same day care for our patients when necessary. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation as this will allow us to give your appointment slot to another patient who may need to be seen expeditiously.
