We passionately provide joy to our patient’s lives through genuine caring, generous care, and an aesthetic achievement developed and derived from a deep understanding of our patients’ desires.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality, state-of-the art, compassionate, and personalized care to our patients while delivering world class customer service. After training at some of New York’s finest teaching hospitals including New York- Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Dr. Zimm completed a prestigious Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery with Dr. Peter Adamson at the University of Toronto after being in practice for 10 years.

Dr. Zimm and his dedicated staff of health care professionals have endeavored to create an office where cutting edge technology and comprehensive, quality care is provided. Dr. Zimm takes pride in constantly refining his technical skills and continuing his learning in an effort to provide superior results.

Dr. Zimm’s goal is to provide education for the patient first and foremost. We believe that making the patient an active participant in the planning of the treatment results in the highest patient satisfaction and the best medical and surgical outcomes. Dr. Zimm is committed to improving the well being of each patient who enters his practice.

Susie Luria

Practice Manager

Susie, our Practice Manager, joined our team early in 2022 bringing us 30 plus years of management experience. Her passion for aesthetics and beauty began about 20 years ago when she started working for one of NYC’s leading Day Spas. She has many years of experience in the medical industry having previously managed a variety of different high-end medical practices.
Although Susie was raised in the United Kingdom, she refers to herself as a “Philly Girl” since that was where her family landed when they returned to the U.S. She is the mother of 2 young adults and commutes to NYC each day from Westchester.
Susie oversees the daily operations of the office and maintain the high quality of care we show our patients. She can tackle any patient concern or problem so that our patients receive the best experience possible.

Mariella

Medical Assistant

Mariela is our native New Yorker, our born and raised city girl. She is an integral part of our patient experience. In the medical field since 2016, Mariela has extensive experience working with patients in the perioperative setting. She will be there to assist Dr. Zimm in all his clinical appointments, taking our patients through every step of their surgical journey and there for moral support!

Shelby

Patient Concierge

Shelby is a New York transplant hailing from sunny California. When you come through our doors, Shelby’s smiling face will be the first one you’ll see. She has been in the aesthetic world since 2016 and enjoys every bit of the happy side of medicine. Shelby is here to answer your questions, make you feel comfortable, and help guide you on your aesthetic journey. When Shelby is not in office, she can be found at the dog park with her two Frenchie’s or catching a concert with her husband.

Terri MacDonald

Originally from Canada and licensed now in New York, Terri combines her passion for art and science in medical aesthetics. With experience in neurosurgery, emergency medicine, and aesthetics, she’s known for her precision and gentle touch, providing painless injections. Dedicated to enhancing natural beauty, Terri creates personalized treatment plans to help clients feel confident and radiant.
